Over 40 years of innovation in sound insulation

A lot has happened since we were founded in 1978! What began as a consultancy office for noise protection by our founder, graduate engineer Rudolf Kaschwig, has developed into an important medium-sized company in the heart of the Münsterland region.

Here are a few milestones that make us particularly proud:

🛠 1980: First own production hall in Sendenhorst - a big step on our journey!

🛠 1987: The first expansion, including expansion of production to 1,000 square meters.

1993: Andreas Kaschwig, the son of the company founder, joins the company.

🛠 1997: Expansion of our production and storage space to around 3,500 square meters.

🏭 2018: Investment in state-of-the-art laser technology for blank sizes up to 4 x 2 meters.

🏭 2019: Investment in an automatic 4-sided bending center for component sizes of up to 4 x 1.5 meters.

🔄 2020: In May 2020, MIB Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG from Wuppertal acquires the company's shares with the aim of developing the company profitably in the long term.

🔄 2022: A new chapter begins with Michael Sendermann joining the management team.

🛠 2023: Expansion of our warehouse and logistics space with the construction of another hall.

🏭 2024: Investment in the latest welding and logistics technology.

Today, with over 70 dedicated employees, we are proud to offer innovative, customized sound insulation solutions for a wide range of industries at home and abroad.
