The modular system for a quiet work environment

Whether metal- or wood-processing, printing- or stone-production: For more than 40 years our modular SONOLIT® series have offered optimal noise and emission protection in different industries. Since 1982 SONOLIT® is our registered trademark. The individual, flexibly combinable panels guarantee efficient work and easy assembly.

Not only during installation, but also during modification or maintenance of the machine our modular approach to noise protection pays off: upgrades or adaptation at a later point in time are easily accomplished. Another benefit: no special tools are required for the assembly.

Our solutions are based on a modular construction kit approach we developed ourselves. This system has continuously been upgraded and optimized.

Easy to assemble

Our SONOLIT® mounting system with specialized profiles provides easy construction and damage free disassembly.

Highest Flexibility

The modular design allows individual components to be exchanged for one another – or to extend the installed solution at a later point in time.

Extensive Accessories

Wing doors, sliding doors (manual or motorized), lifting gates (manual or motorized), glazing (simple, double or blast resistant), ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and safety switches.

Compact and efficient: the noise protection unit

With SONOLIT® protection units you can reduce noise emission without compromising the efficiency of your operational processes. The units are easily installed and adapted as your requirements change. This procedure saves space and is particularly cost-effective.

An alternative to protection units: the insulation Covering

The SONOLIT® noise-insulating covering offers noise protection solutions, where entire protection units are impossible for technical reasons. The covering helps to reduce emissions and other problems such as smashing, dust or vapour.

The insulation cabin: working in silence

Even in particularly noisy environments it is possible to create quiet areas: SONOLIT® insulation cabins offer soundproof spaces for your employees. Here you can work in in silence.

A flexible solution: our noise protection walls

When it is not possible to enclose a certain area, the SONOLIT® noise protection walls are a great alternative to cabins. This approach creates quiet zones by containing noisy areas with highly absorbent noise protection walls. Benefit from flexible noise protection.

Customized noise protection for large production facilities

Large production facilities have different requirements for noise protection. On the basis of our expertise and the solutions we have established in the industry, we will develop concepts tailored to your needs. Customized noise protection is our business.
