History

 

Our company can look back on an eventful history that has always been characterized by growth. We would therefore like to briefly introduce you to the most important milestones in our history.

1978

Foundation

By graduate engineer Rudolf Kaschwig as a consulting office for noise protection in industry

1980

Own production hall

In Sendenhorst in the Münsterland region

1987

Expansion

Expansion of the production area by approx. 1,000 square meters

1993

Change in management

Since 1993, business graduate Andreas Kaschwig has managed the company after the death of graduate engineer Rudolf Kaschwig (FH)

1997

Further growth

Expansion of the production and storage area to around 3,500 square meters

2018

Laser processing center

Use of laser processing center for blank sizes up to 4 x 2 m in the cutting range up to 25 mm

2019

4-sided bending center

Investment in automatic 4-sided bending center for component sizes of up to 4 x 1.5 m

2020

New shareholder

In May 2020, MIB Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG from Wuppertal acquired the company's shares with the aim of developing the company profitably in the long term.

2022

Changes in the management

In March, Michael Sendermann joins the company's management board and will initially perform this function together with Andreas Kaschwig, who retired from the company's operating business as planned at the end of the year after around 30 years.

2025

Today

As a medium-sized company, the company employs around 60 people in sales, design, production and assembly at its site in Sendenhorst.
